Is the vision of Empowered Family Day Care Service (EFDCS) registered with the Department of Education and Training and approved to deliver Child Care Subsidy.
EFDCS Mission is to create a culture where FDC Educators are included and supported to feel EMPOWERED to achieve their goals as Early Childhood Professionals in turn allowing them to empower the children of the future to believe in themselves and become life-long learners.
We believe our strength lies in our ability to listen to what Educators want from their provider and on an individual basis work in collaboration to identify their goals and support them to provide families and children with a professional, exciting, nurturing, educational and compliant FDC Service.
